Many have held this view, but like the Baby Boomers, the Millennial demographic is a larger demographic so it begins to have more influence and voice as more of the population share that perspective and experience. Given this, if you are a leader, you need to understand how to work well with Millennials. It isn’t about losing your truth and ways, but it is about making space in the world for others and how they work. Also, to gain traction and be effective it is worth your time and effort to understand how they think and work.
