From the first week in a new career or new position to years of being in a role…. developing trust, building relationships and growing leadership is important. Regardless of where you are in your journey, now is a great time to up your game. Sometimes when we are “green” or “new” we can feel small and maybe overwhelmed. Sometimes challenges around us can cause us to feel overloaded and result in us just being in the grind and just surviving.
While it is not about showing up with ego and arrogance; it is about having posture, being authentic and developing your reputation to be a solid contributor, leader and performer.
