How to Turn Down a Potential Clients

Have you ever had a potential client show up that just isn’t the right fit? You know it and would love to help them, but know that they could be better served by someone else. There are different reasons for “great fit” vs. not, but listening to your gut and honoring that is important. Here are some suggestions from the Forbes Coaches Council on ways to handle those situations to be a win-win, honoring the needs of the client and being true to your intuition about fit.

Understand the Potential Client’s Needs And Reflect Them Back
