Coaching takes good things and makes them bigger (like adding brightness to a light)
Both work on our internal thoughts, emotions, beliefs, feelings, and actions.
The goal however shifts from healing to empowering and/or activating brilliance.
Coaching does not do it for you or make you something you are not.
Coaching simply supports you to be more of what you want, in the best and brightest light.
