27 Dec Step 1: REFLECT
Reflecting on the past year is important to the process. Sometimes we have guilt or regret or just had a tough year and are ready to move on. Sometimes we had a great year and just want to keep charging. It is important to take time to assess and reflect on the past year, however, to look at what worked, what is in process, and what might roll over to the next year. Take 5-10 min and review the past year. (if you are not doing this in Dec. or Jan. follow the same process for the last 12 months)
